How is an AI Command Center different from just using ChatGPT or Claude?+
ChatGPT and Claude are tools. An AI Command Center is a system. The difference is context: generic AI starts every conversation from zero. Your Command Center starts with your business already loaded. It knows your voice, your offers, your history, your clients. So you stop explaining your business every time you open a chat window, and start actually delegating work.
What's actually inside an AI Command Center?+
It depends on your business. Every Command Center is built around what you actually do i.e. your offers, your clients, your processes, your data. The core is a system trained on your business, connected to the tools you already use, with delegation workflows for the tasks you'd rather not touch. What we build first depends on what's costing you the most time right now.
Do I need to be technical to use it?+
No. If you can send a voice note, write an email, or open an app, you can run your Command Center. My job is to build the technical parts. Yours is to run the business. The whole point is fewer tools to learn, not more.
What if my systems and processes aren't fully documented?+
Most business owners start here. Part of what I do is capture how you already work, like your voice, your offers, and your workflows, and turn that into structured context the system can use. You don't need to organize everything before we start. The system helps you organize as we go.
How long does it take to build?+
The first version, the one that starts saving you real time, usually takes a couple of weeks. From there, your Command Center grows with you: new capabilities added as your business evolves. It's not a one-time build. It's an operating system that gets more useful the longer you use it.

I build it for you but we shape it together. You know your business better than anyone. My job is to translate what you know into a system that runs without you having to be there. You don't have to become an AI expert. You just have to know your business.
