EPISODE 2: 12 Reminders to Win in Life and Business

If you follow me on Social, you know that I'm a HUGE fan of Tom Bilyeu. 

In this episode, I'm sharing the top 12 lessons I learned from Tom based on his Impact Theory show, the online classes in Impact Theory University and from his live coaching calls. 

I kept these notes in my digital journal so I can always revisit them whenever I need to. My hope is that you'll get a thing or two from this episode and start applying it in your life and business, as well.

12 Reminders

The only reason you're not doing what you should be doing is because you don't want it bad enough. If you want something so bad, you'll find a way. You'll make it a non-negotiable.

Run your own race and work at your own pace. Don't look at what others are doing - look at what you're doing and always ask "is this moving me towards my goals?" If not, ditch it. If yes, go for it.

Humans are intoxicated by certainty. If you want others to follow you, ditch the indecisiveness.

Do time audits every 3 hours and ask yourself - is what I'm doing getting me closer to my goals?

Always carve out time for yourself.

Use the Physics of Progress for setting goals and prioritizing work or tasks.

Always value yourself for showing up and playing all out. It's not about what you achieved but if you're actually trying.

Tell the world what you're up to - get some public accountability.

Embody the passion at the amplitude you want it at.

The fears we don't face become our limits.

If you want to be an anomaly, act like one. Don't copy everyone else.

The secret to being a high performer? It's repetitive work.
